VISION
The full integration of hearing impaired individuals into mainstream Philippine society

MISSION:
To help families develop and support the development of natural language in their hearing impaired children in order to fully integrate these children into mainstream society

GOALS:

To train speech pathologists, audiologist and special needs educators to use the auditory-verbal method.
To provide early intervention to very young hearing impaired children, in order that they can develop oral language skills and be enrolled at regular schools.
To advocate for, and support, the inclusion of hearing impaired individuals in mainstream Philippine society.
